Please join us at Lakeshore. We are located on the Westside of Jacksonville, FL at 1796 Old Middleburg Road North (just south of Ed White High).

From the South - Take 295 North to Willson Boulevard, turn Left on Wilson Blvd., Right on Old Middleburg Road, to the building on left.  (After turning Right on Old Middleburg you will cross over 295.  The next light is a Herlong Road.  The building is just after Herlong.

From the North (Downtown, Airport) - Take 295 South (or I-10 to 295 South), Exit Normandy Blvd. (228), go right (East), Turn right on Memorial Park Road, Right on Old Middleburg Road N., to the building on the right.

From the West (Macclenny, Lake City) - Take I-10 to 295 South, Exit Normandy Blvd. (228), go right (East), Turn right on Memorial Park Road, Right on Old Middleburg Road N., to the building on the right.
